Pre & Post Construction Condition Survey
Pre- & Post-Construction Condition Survey are carried out to the surrounding properties of a construction site, to record the existing condition and visual defects by the means of written report and photographs. The report serves as evidence in case of disputes arising pertaining to building damage as a result of relevant construction activities.
These are carried out mainly prior to the commencement and after the completion of construction activities, particularly activities that are likely to cause damage to its surrounding buildings, i.e. demolition, piling and deep excavation works. Condition survey also can be carried out at different stages of construction works for record and comparison purpose.
